Why we need home mode? |

Except home mode, there are arming/disarming mode. When system armed, all sensors are working and any intrusion information will triger siren. And vise versa, when system disarmed, all sensors are standby.
But when we are sleeping at night, we may disarm the sensors at bedroom, but we wish gas detector and smoke detector in kitchen keep working. Home mode can realize it. |

What‘s defense zone, wired zone, and wireless zone? |

A defense zone, or a security zone defines a range that a wired or a wireless accessory makes effect. It's usually classified into two, wired zones and wireless zones according to the way of communication between control panel and those accessories. Wired accessories are connected with control panel by cables, however wireless accessories through 315Mhz/433Mhz/868Mhz RF signal communicate with console.
Take 10B alarm system for example, it provides for 2 wired and 99 wireless zones, in another word, the control panel is able to control 2 wired and 99 wireless accessories.

Why we need delay system arming? |

All delta security system can delay arming for 40s. Generally the control panel is mounted on living room and walking out from living room needs 20~30s. Without delay, the IR motion sensor can detect your movement and trigger the alarm. |
